This new division of CUT & BEND is operated at Rusyal, which aims to provide cost effective and high quality solutions to our clients in the construction world. The Cut & Bend Division is equipped with advanced technologies like high tech robots that cut and bend the steel with accuracy and considering minimal amount of wastage. We produce up to 9000 tons per month of fabricated steel from this division.
We have a well experienced team, who can provide guidance in the following aspects
- Detailing rebar from structural drawing and providing necessary Bar Bending Schedules.
- Providing detailed bar list and placement in the drawings for the bars.
- BBS along with Shop Drawings from CADS RC.
- Cutting and bending of bars, according to specifications and as per latest British Standard BS 8666:2005.
- Delivering cut and bend bars to the agreed destinations with an identification tags.
- Delivery notes with all detailed information of steel (Section, Barmark, Quantity, Members, Dia, Weight)
With the help of latest and innovative top range computer controlled shear cutting machine, robotic double benders(Positive & Negative), Single benders, and Stirrups machines, we are able to cut and bend bars of all diameters from 8 mm to 40 mm. Also, using the high tech machines, we can bend steel or stirrups to any geometrical shape at an accuracy of +/-1 degree.
